Turn your birthday, girl's night, or bachelorette into an unforgettable experience at Dance101. Gather your crew for a high-energy class filled with good music, empowering choreography, and nonstop laughs. Whether you want something flirty, fierce, or fun, our birthday sessions set the tone for a celebration you won’t forget. Base rate of $400 covers up to 10 participants. Additional participants $25pp.
Cancellation Policy
Dance101 Cancellation Policy At Dance101, we value your time, our time, and the preparation that goes into creating an exceptional dance experience. To ensure fairness and smooth operations, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings, classes, and private events: 1. Payment & Booking Confirmation All bookings require full payment at the time you reserve your class spot or event. Bookings without timely payment are considered unconfirmed and may be automatically released. 2. Client Cancellations Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of your booking are eligible for a full credit toward a future class or event. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable and non-transferable due to instructor preparation, studio rental commitments, and limited class capacity. No-shows will not receive refunds or credits. 3. Event & Party Bookings Final headcount must be confirmed no later than 48 hours before the event. Failure to confirm participants or complete payment by the deadline will result in automatic cancellation of the booking. Additional participants may be added depending on availability and must be paid for prior to the event start time. 5. Dance101 Cancellations In the rare event Dance101 must cancel a class or booking (e.g., emergencies, weather, instructor illness): Clients will receive a full refund or full credit, whichever they prefer. Every effort will be made to reschedule. 6. Late Arrivals Classes begin promptly. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may not be permitted for safety reasons and will not be refunded. 7. Policy Agreement By booking with Dance101, clients acknowledge and agree to all terms in this cancellation policy. Arrival Guests are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes early. Parties will begin and end promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrival will not result in an extension of party time.
