Shahnel Woodley

is the owner and dance instructor of Dance101. Since 2015 she has worked with women of all ages, sizes and dance abilities, guiding them to develop a loving relationship with themselves and others through the art of dance.

She studied all genres of dance at United Dance Productions from the tender age of five years old.  She is currently teaching Ballet classes at United Dance Productions to students ranging in age from 6yrs to 18yrs old.

​

Shahnel has created a safe space for women to feel powerful, sexy and unapologetic about connecting with their sensuality. Dance101 is a chair dance class that allows for women to dance in a safe, fun, and nonjudgmental environment. 

 

It is a beginner level class that requires absolutely no dance background. The goal of Dance101 is to motivate, inspire, and to be inspired! Every woman should leave the dance studio feeling encouraged, empowered, and beautiful. Shahnel has a gentle approach that brings great results and believes that learning should be fun and pressure-free.
