Cancellation Policy
Client Cancellations Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of your booking are eligible for a full credit toward a future class or event. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable and non-transferable due to instructor preparation, studio rental commitments, and limited class capacity. No-shows will not receive refunds or credits. Dance101 Cancellations In the rare event Dance101 must cancel a class or booking (e.g., emergencies, weather, instructor illness): Clients will receive a full refund or full credit, whichever they prefer. Every effort will be made to reschedule.
