Dance 101 is a chair dance class created for women to unleash their sensuality while getting a workout at the same time. It is a safe, sexy, and an encouraging environment for women to celebrate one another through dance. This is an empowerment session! You can attend regularly scheduled classes or gather a group of friends for a private session and make it a ladies night to remember.

DRESS CODE
Bring your favourite pair of heels and wear anything you feel comfortable and confident in.
